Registration
and Admission
A
student's name may be registered 5 years in advance, for the
year in which admission is desired.
The
academy is having limited seats for day scholars, but first
preference will be given to the hostlers, from class Nursery
to XII. The minimum age for admission as boarder is 3+. Parents
and Guardians desiring admission for their son/daughter or
wards should send the enclosed registration form along with
the registration fee of Rs. 5000/- per head. The 'registration
fee will not be refunded. The wards will be informed in due
course whether accommodation is available, as desired.
In
case of new admission, a written test and interview will be
arranged to decide the class to which admission will be granted.
If after being called for admission a boy/girl is not present
on the appointed date, the registration will be cancelled.
The
School has the right to admit or reject any student without
any reason being assigned.
At
the time of admission the School leaving certificate from
the School last attended by the student must be produced along
with the admission form.
It
will be absolutely necessary to furnish the municipal corporation
birth certificate at the time of admission. As it is a charitable
institution, Parent will not ask for any refund of fee once
paid to the School.
Curriculum
Teaching is through English medium in all classes, Nursery
Std. to XII Std.
The following compulsory subjects are taught up to class VIII
1. Hindi \ English
2. Social Studies, General Science, Mathematics.
3. Vocal or instrumental Music, Art, Dance (for girls) Craft
(for boys).
The
school is preparing students for the following examination:
1. Secondary School Certificate Examination (X) of Central
Board of Secondary Examination.
Subject:- All Compulsory
English, Hindi, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, Physical
and Health Education.
2.
Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (XI & XII) of
Central Board of Secondary Education combination of any five
subjects:
(a) Hindi, English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Maths.
(b) Economics, History, Hindi and English.
(c) Business studies, Accounts, Entrepreneurship, Physical
Education, Painting.
Co-curricular
Activities
This plays a very important part in the training given in
the School. Besides these activities emphasis is laid on learning
by doing. This also serve to channelise, emotional and physical
energy. The School provides a preliminary training in some
of the vocation in which girls/boys are likely to specialize
at the higher educational stages.
